Locating your order


  • Return costs are 20% and the transportation costs must be borne by the consumer.

Delivery procedures and services

  • We ship by a carrier and postal service and are not responsible for delays, overcharges or typed errors attributable to the buyer.  
  • If you would like to use another mail carrier service for your order, please contact Ma Cuisine mon décor’s customer service, by phone or e-mail.
  • Upon receiving your order, you must inspect the contents of the order to detect any breakage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully examine the outer packaging and contents of the package.
  • If the package presents an abnormal break (perforation, deformation) or if the contents are damaged, you must accept the package and note the type of damage on the delivery note, sign it and date it.
  • Contact Ma cuisine mon décor immediately by telephone or by e-mail
  • All orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • Your order will be processed upon receipt of verification and credit card authorization.
  • Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes due to restrictions imposed by the sender.
  • Orders are shipped by transport or postal service (depending on the weight and size of the item) and delivered during business days, excluding holidays.
  • Please note that the signature of an adult may be required (upon reception of the order).
  • Ma cuisine mon décor Can not be held liable if the carrier is unable to comply with the scheduled delivery window due to unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Each delivery must be made at a single address.
  • The majority of our products are delivered disassembled.
  • The delivery staff is not responsible for unpacking or assembling the goods. They will not take back or throw away your old furniture or any other debris. 
  • In the case where elevators are not available or are non-existent, delivery personnel will go up to two (2) floors only.
  • If the merchandise does not fit in the passage, the shipping costs will not be refunded and a return fee may be charged.
  • Shipping costs vary according to the ordered item(s) and the place of delivery.
  • Before you receive your items through delivery, please make sure that the accesses (doors, staircase, elevator, etc.) allow the passage of items. Under no circumstances will the delivery personnel modify or alter the doors, protective guardrail, molding, light fixture or any object obstructing the passage of a bulky item.

Merchandise return

You can return a product purchased through Ma cuisine mon décor’s website under certain conditions:

  • Upon receiving your product, you have 48 hours to notify us of your intention to make a return, either by email or by telephone.
  • Following the approval of a member of the team of Ma cuisine mon décor, a period of 7 days will be allocated to you to return the product to us. It will need  to be accompanied by the invoice and returned to Ma cuisine mon décor in the the original packaging. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. It is imperative to return the product to us in the same condition as the one in which it was at the time of the initial shipment from Ma cuisine mon décor’s gallery-boutique.
  • You must assume the delivery costs and the risks of breakage for the returned product.
  • Upon reception of the returned product, the debited amount of your credit card account will be converted into a note of credit  in our system and a copy will be sent to you. You will have one year to use your note of credit  on the site www.macuisinemondecor.com or by visiting us at our gallery-boutique. Please note that the delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Ma cuisine mon décor reserves the right to refuse any return that it does not comply with the policies listed in the conditions of use.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept a return or exchange of products at regular price within 7 days of receiving or picking your order. The product, unused, must be returned in its original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be granted on products on sale. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment.

In-Store Delivery

  • Shop online from the comfort of your home and save shipping costs when you choose to take delivery of your order at our store.
  • An email will be sent to notify you that your order has arrived at the store.
  • You need to show a member of the Ma cuisine mon décor team the printed confirmation as well as a Photo ID.
  • If you are sending someone to take delivery of your order please notify us in advance. Your proxy must present the following to a member of the team: his/her Photo ID & the order number.
  • For security reasons, you will be asked to sign a copy of the packing slip confirming that your order has been picked up.
  • A member of our team will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up at the store. The original receipt or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of collection. Please ensure that the vehicle used for picking your order is suitable for the safe transport of the goods in their original packaging. The warranty on the products applies to the goods leaving Ma cuisine mon décor’s store in its original packaging. The staff at Ma cuisine mon décor is not responsible for loading the merchandise into your vehicle. Ma cuisine mon décor can’t be held responsible if the goods can’t be loaded in the vehicle due to the dimensions and / or weight of the goods. Once available, orders must be picked up within 10 days.

In-Store Payment Method

  • All orders are payable by the customer in two installments: 50% as a deposit at the time of the order and the balance payable in full at the delivery of the goods or at the time of the appointment of the delivery in-store. To make the payment of the deposit, the customer has the following means of payment: by cash payment, by debit or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
  • It is agreed that the goods will remain the property of Ma cuisine mon décor until their complete payment.

Availability and processing time of items

  • We promise to process your order within 24 hours (business hours) after payment. Delivery time may vary depending on item availability. If items are in stock, your order will be ready to be picked up or shipped within 3 working days after payment.
